Christadelphian congregations are autonomous and so you will encounter a wide range of positions about women throughout the Christadelphian movement. Some do not allow women to have any public participation in church life and the women wear head coverings or grow their hair long; at the other end of the spectrum, there are Christadelphian churches where women and men have equal roles, with women giving the 'exhortation' or sermon at the breaking of bread meetings, and the women do not cover their heads.
